Weather Add-on?

Is there any add-on that can tell you what the weather is in other zones (ie Stranglethorn, Tanaris, Stormpeaks) when you log on? :?:

its completely random per zone and there is no way for you to know without being in that zone. no programming available to query.

Just a thought, but maybe you could try setting up a weather channel (heh) on your server for people to note important pet weather conditions? Kind of like the old Dalaran book channels in Wrath.
