As the person who made this post I wanted to say I now have Tylaar! My son did this for me and I am grateful. I kept trying and trying but my biggest problem was coming from my very shaky hands. He assured me that even with steady hands this fight was a bit hard.
So to all you who are having trouble just bring in reinforcements and enjoy the spoils of the battle.
