Crazy Cat Lady/Man Toy Idea

Sorry if this is the wrong forum, I couldn't figure out the most appropriate spot for this, and it is sort of related to collecting.

While I was checking yet again to see if Twilight can be imported via the Armory (come on Blizzard, please) I had a thought—I think this would be an awesome toy for Blizzard to add for us pet addicts: a Crazy Cat Lady/Man Toy. It could be a reward for rescuing some kittens (kind of like rescuing Grumpy in Bradensbrook.), which would be uber sweet and fun.

This toy would cause all of the cats you have in your collection to be summoned at once. They would follow you around for x minutes and if you sit, they would take turns crawling in your lap while the others play all around you. How much fun would that be? Plus, I could see having Crazy Cat People Player Created Events where a bunch of toons show up somewhere and use the toy all at the same time. Poof, Catopia!

Okay, how do we make this happen? (Assuming you don't think I'm just a crazy cat man lol)
