Snozz Aquatic Pet Battle.

Does anyone have a strat for the aquatic pet battle with snozz.
if so please list as I have tried almost all of them to no avail.

FYI, this will even work if you have *3* Mongoose Pups (no Gulp Froglet), but the RNG chance is smaller. Strat with 3 Mongoose Pups (speed 289 or higher). Screech ... Gnaw, Gnaw, Gnaw - repeat

God, thank you for this. Worked beautifully the first time. (The S/S Mongoose and a S/S Mongoose pup with a H/P Gulp frog was my combination)

This one finally worked for me - after I went and got the S/S breed of Mongoose and Mongoose Pup! Thank you for this alternative strategy.

I was actually about to link Henry's strat as it was the only thing that worked for me in the end.
(Massive thanks btw, Henry. I'm so glad to be done with that meta achievement)

Its definitely a solid strat, but, like always, you succumb to the the mercy of the RNG Gods. As a rule of thumb if it crits or strikes 3 times its an instant forfeit.

GL with this one. Keep at it! Snozz is an absolute pain in the ass.

Thanks for the info all...but 150 bandages later I am throwing in the towel for awhile lol. tried every strat numerous times and with all the recommended pets to no avail. Guess I will move on and try again in the future.

Sorry to hear that.
If you don't mind me asking what was your team lineup (*with* the breeds)?
Are you coming close to getting Snozz down (i.e. < 400hp)?

I have come close but only a very few times.
Basic line up was Mongoose pup s/s, gulp froglet h/b and mongoose s/s.
Also used a variation with kuitan mongoose s/b, gulp froglet h/b and mongoose pup s/s
using the latter I actually got him down to 56.....but then the infamous 25% heal and It was over.
This for me is the most frustrating fight in a long time lol.
I will win though its just a matter of time...No one named snozz is gonna beat me haha

My bad. I'm sorry for posting the wrong info.
I posted the wrong pets for the strat.
Should be : Sifang Otter Pup s/b
or kuitan mongoose s / b or any one of those mammals with a speed of 289
I didn't realize there was no mongoose pup s/b ... basically you missed the kill by 56 dmg because of
the breed of your mongoose pup. I mean its still possible with a speed > 289 , but the RNG is much smaller because
you are sacrificing power. Sorry again for posting the wrong pets

Ok so maybe someone can explain this to me because I am stumped. After not being able to beat snozz with aquatic pets
I took a break, came back this past weekend to try and finish up the achievement. I started on a different Pet battle did the aquatic pet battle and won.....Bam... I get the aquatic achievement. Now I know I never beat snozz. Were the pet gods feeling sorry for me? Did my wife do it and not tell me after hearing my complaining and moaning (she did not..I asked)
Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else..

There was a bug that when defeating Gloamwing with all aquatic pets, you are granted credit for having beat Snozz, and vice versa. It was fixed in a patch on the 6th of September.

This tactic worked for me first time, thank you as I tried this so many ways

OMG!! spent hrs trying this with mongoose pups, thinking there might be an error/confusion over the Mongoose pup speed. But found that there was no mongoose with that speed. So i used Golden Civet SB x 2 In slots 1 and 3, and HB Gulp Froglet in the 2nd slot.
Then followed the strat exactly, only swapping Mongoose pup for Golden Civet. Worked 2nd time around. If yours doesnt, keep trying coz trust me it will.

Mongoose Pup - pass
Gulp Froglet - Mudslide
Gulp Froget - Corpse Explose
Mongoose Pup - Screech
Mongoose Pup - Gnaw (till it dies)
2nd Mongoose Pup - Gnaw (until Screech runs off, and then refresh Screech)
