Baby Zandalari Raptor won't upgrade

For some reason I can't upgrade mine at all. When I try to stone it, it says: 'Failed to Upgrade'.

Anyone else having this issue?

Took me an age of getting into combat, killing the first pet, then fleeing to get a blue quality one to spawn, but was totally worth it :)

Must be a new issue. I was able to upgrade mine a few days ago.
