Steel series pet, how do I obtain it?

I've bought the mouse from steel series and I contacted their CS to ask when I get the code for Lil Flameo and they said I have to speak to Blizzard?

Anyone who has this pet, did you have to contact Blizzard or did steel series send it to you please?
