Has anyone received the codes from the Razer promotion?

I purchased the Razer Kraken V4 Pro on 12/11 and still no codes. I purchased them on Amazon. Would that change anything? Did you have to buy them directly from Razer? (not sure if that was even an option.

You are correct. I opted to buying the cheapest eligible item off the razer site instead of returning my headset to amazon. They shouldn't give you the option to buy from a retailer when you are processing a checkout, a little misleading.

I submitted a ticket to see if they will honor the purchase through Amazon, however, their Terms & Conditions are pretty clear the purchase needs to be made through their website. I really don't want to return my headset and repurchase them on their site. I just ended up buying the mouse pad since it was the cheapest of the eligible items to guarantee the codes.

That's the SteelSeries promotion with a different pet, not the Razer promotion.
The code is inside the box! You can't get the pet without opening and using it
