deepholm tamer phasing issue

a guildie of mine has an issue with him phasing and cannot complete the cataclysm tamer quest line any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

Put in a ticket. I had phasing issues that only a gm could fix. Be as detailed as possible in the ticket.

Has he tried completing all the quests in the zone?

she put in a ticket was told that it was an issue but not one of importance and might never be fixed. she has done a fair amount told her to do more. if it doesnt work for her luckily i have duplicates for her of the spirits but it sucks not being able to get the hat.
