So I was hunting for a tiny emerald whelpling and the sprite in Feralas. I got the second Tiny Emerald in my search and was wondering if I learn that spell will it drop again still or will I lose that opportunity?

There's nothing to stop another one from dropping, it's not one of those bind on pick up one shot things. You were lucky to get two since it's a rare drop, I hardly ever see Emerald Whelps on the AH.

Hold on to that and sell it on the AH if you already know it. It sells for quite a bit. I would wait till after MoP ships because interest in pets will probably increase and gold will be more plentiful.
