Adding a realm won't load - Script Warning?

Hi everyone.

New to forums and website so please don't flame without hearing me out :p

Basically just created my account and went to add my character to my account

Purify - Nagrand (US) or Oceanic.

I'm trying to add the realm but it's stuck on "-Loading-" on the drop down tab. Furthermore, on every browser I used (Chrome, Firefox and even Internet Explorer) I get the following script warning;

"Warning: mcrypt_decrypt() [function.mcrypt-decrypt]: Attempt to use an empty IV, which is NOT recommend in /var/www/wcp/prod/include/lib_users.php on line 59"

Perhaps this is the issue with my realm list? I'm not sure...
