The Pratchett Trials, March 22, Lvl 25 Competition (US Horde
Forgiveness is an ax. And I don't remember what Death says. She probably asks if he could have saved them and he gives and appropriately Death-like reply.
The Pratchett Trials, coming up this Friday evening. Be there or be a Roundworld person.
Trivia, Trivia!
1. What useful current information can be read from the activities of the Hershebian lawyer beetle?
2. What, according to the mystic search engines of Death's library, are the harmless creatures of Fourecks?

OK, I have never read Discworld books, but I like a bit of competition. I'm interested and will send the entry fee soon. For the team setup, just use any 3 of the ones listed, right?
As for those that need cash, as I saw people comment, an easy way to transfer money between servers without transferring a character is to buy extra pets on the AH, learn them, then cage them on Madoran. It works great and you can potentially find one that is selling low on your home server, and high here.
Hope that helps folk to find the 50 gold!

Too bad.
I worked until 9pm East coast time, and I have one horde toon out of 50 toons.
I for one, will not roll nor play a horde toon.
The one I have, is from my days on Cho'Gall Allie, before CRZ when it was a 16+:1 horde/alliance ratio.
Maybe an Alliance Warcraftpets guild is needed.
Because I will not join a horde one, and likely there are others just like me.

A few posts down there is a post about an alliance guild. Might want to check them outStonewallred wrote:Too bad.

We can also battletag/realid invite characters from other realms (that are horde characters, of course).Tahsfenz wrote:A few posts down there is a post about an alliance guild. Might want to check them outStonewallred wrote:Too bad.

Can't wait for the competition. I've seen one person's costume! Excited to check out who else might dress up. Just one problem - can't come up with a costume for Thralla. What is a female orc supposed to wear to look like something found on the Disc? Any suggestions?

Hmmm, the only orc I can think of in the Discworld canon is Mr Nutt, and well, he wasn't exactly stereotypical....
I wish there was a floral shirt so you could be a tourist, that would rock for my little Twoflowers. You could always try for black robe/hood and be death, find a scythe somewhere and of course bring a kitty hunter pet.

I probably won't be able to make this since I have to work, boo

Hey folk. I will not be joining in events tonight. I will likely be online at some point, but AFK a lot. In one week, I'm moving my home. I have a lot of packing to do yet. I will be doing that and taking little breathers at my keyboard. Good luck to everyone!

Congratulations to our winners from Friday evening! And congrats to everyone who participated.
Big Thanks to Tiz for all the organization.
It looks like our diminutive friend Casanunda and Swamp Dragons were the favorite combatants.
Thanks everyone for a great time!
