Just a suggestion, not sure how easy this would be to implement.
1) after the user reaches 8 posts, to be allowed to link would require verification from the board managers to post.
2) if a user has 2-3 posts marked as spam from users, their posting privileges are locked until reviewed by the management
3) human verification before first post & before first post w/ a link
