[Closed] Sumprush Rodent Crate - opening Sunday 4/21

I'm nearly to 2000 tokens and will be buying my crate this weekend. The character doing this is my main on Scarlet Crusade server. My question is: does a character have to had unlocked Lion's Landing/Domination Point in order to see them when they spawn?

If that's not necessary, I'd like to invite anyone in the guild to roll a level 1 alt on Scarlet Crusade/Alliance and I will recruit a warlock friend of mine to help summon everyone to the right location before I use the crate. This would likely be Sunday, but first things first - we need to know if this can be done even when you aren't in the same phase (Lion's Landing unlocked).

If anyone knows, I'd appreciate the info. Thanks!


EDIT: A good time was had by all. 9 of us in total, 4 ended up with rares, the rest with uncommon. Despite what the crate object says, the box does indeed last much longer now - it was more than 40m but less than an hour.

In that case, the offer is open to anyone with a lvl 90 alliance character who has unlocked Lion's Landing. Sorry that doesn't cover more people =/

Very first time I dropped a crate we summoned every single person online in the guild. Only the 90's that had unlocked the short quest chain could see the crate, while the level 1's kept getting killed off by the Alliance NPC's that live in the area that is unphased.

Lion's Landing

Wish I could make this, but good to know that I need to do those quests first! I keep missing it when someone in my guild opens the crate. Would have been really ticked to have been phased out of it. Guess I know what I'm doing tonight.
