It does not have the option to post a new topic in the "community guide" forum. All the rest of the forum topics have the option.

Currently the Community Guide Forum has restricted posting. Guides that are written by users must first be reviewed by Admins before being moved into that section of the forums. This process may change in the future, but for now it keeps things tidy and organized.

If there are any specific guides that you've found especially useful, you can recommend and nominate a user-written guide at any time. We'll review them as soon as we can.
