Scourged Whelpling on a Level 41

first, i have a little question in terms of pvp battling with it...should i go with the p/s or the h/h version?
i'm planning on starting out with it, and have it whittle my opponents healths down with dreadful breath, and use a couple fast/hard-hitting pets to finish the job.

and secondly...i need to brag a little.

got to Icecrown by using the Noggenfogger Elixer.
and once i got to sindragosa, i died and respawned at the graveyard north of there.
and found 4-5 scourged whelplings at/near that graveyard.

if you mean the flight path; no, i have to unlock that myself.

Undead are better the slower they are. Which means they can benefit from undeath for an additional turn if slower than the opponent. You really want to play up the unstoppable shambling zombie gig with them to maximise their potential.

Plus the Scourged whelp have a strong move in tailslap. You want to make sure it hits last.
