Apologies for starting a new thread but the other one is getting a bit bloated thought this might make a quick reference for people, looks like these are the only places she can spawn. So shorten your search a little bit.

This final macro will boost your WoW volume up to 100% and blare a raid alert at you if it targets an Unborn Val'Kyr. It also flashes a raid message and sets a raid marker. You will have to reset your volume manually afterwards.

I think it honestly depends on whether you want to deal with hours of waiting or luck. Camping seems like the "you will get it. EVENTUALLY" while circuts is a gamble. Personally, I don't have the patience to camp out and ran across one in crystalsong last night on my flights.

I'm not sure if they have a "respawn timer" like we're familiar with. I've been in one spot for three and half hours now, and the only alarm I got was by someone flying by. I've seen a comment on wowhead(I think, it may have been here though) where someone was in one spot for over 20 hours. Others have been in the same spot for 6+ hours.

Both ways seem to be a matter of luck though. There has been several times I've had 2+ people land and stand next to me where I am camping. If the pet happened to spawn then and I was tabbed out, I'd have no chance to catch it fast enough. I see people fly over me near constantly too.

edit: Guess it's been around 7 hours. At 04:26 AM EST, I finally had her spawn where I was camping. No idea when the last one was up before mine. Figured it might help somebody though.

Depends...on my server every spawn is camped, so flying around is rather pointless (assuming those campers are all paying attention when the pet spawns). I've sat and camped a spot for 8 hours though and never had one spawn. I've logged alts in at a number of the less camped spawns and check periodically. No luck so far though.
