5.4 Accuracy change

From 5.4 PTR notes:

- Accuracy now affects the entire team.

Does it mean that from now on you cannot swap out from Flash (2 round blind) and it will persist in the new pet after you kill the current one that has 1-2 rounds remaing with the debuff? Can anyone who is on PTR confirm?

You misread it. Its speaking about Accuracy abiliity.

On ptr its team wide.

SO they are changing ability of an unobtainable and very rare pet, do I read it right now?

Correctly.

But the ability remains downright inferior to Uncanny Luck posssesed by Mr. Wiggles
