I don't know if to meant to do it or not now.

When you rate pets it just rate the one and gives you at thank you. Before it would load the next unrated pet.

You're talking about the "Rate the Rest!" page, right? If so, we've got plans to improve the UI of that page significantly within the next week or so. Sit tight -- change is coming.
