It's not. It's not an in-game object or anything, it's a service you buy and connect to one of your WoW accounts. No code that I could see. Also, paying in-game currency for it could be interpreted (by Blizz) as buying gold (since you're giving an in-game commodity (gold) for an out-of-game one (an account "upgrade"), and as such could easily get you in trouble.
