Pets on AH

Does anyone else think "Pets" or maybe "Small Pets" should be a main section on the AH with "Battle" and "Companion" as subcategories? With one still in Misc I think new players won't realize there's a second pet buying option. It just doesn't seem like a logical arrangement.

What's the difference anyway? Isn't a "companion pet" now just a battle pet that hasn't seen any action yet?

I don't know if any of the companion pets that are sellable can't fight, so maybe no difference. I guess Blizz is mostly thinking of the battle pets section as a place to get pets that are already leveled.

I think the difference is:
Companion = pet item with no stats.
Battle Pet = caged pet item with stats.
