Darkmoon Faire - Which Pet First?

I'm torn between the monkey and the cub. I might just have to flip a coin on which one to get first. I think I will definitely get the balloon last though.

turtle first, and i'm very happy with him. next month i will be able to get two pets, and i think the monkey and the balloon are next in line.

The cub and after that I do not really care as I do not really like most of the pets (the monkey is the worst; I'll only get him one day just for my collection's sake), but I think I will get turtle and balloon next.

pretty sure I'll get the lion cub first, then the turtle. Really hate monkeys so I'm sure he'll be last, and probably after I get the mounts too lol. And the others I'll just grab when its convenient.

Picked up my Zeppelin tonight. Working for either the cub or the monkey next. Onward to more dungeon/bg farming...

Lil' XT interacts with and shoots down the zeppelin when nearby, too.

I picked up the monkey, which was a little disappointing to me. It's a nice model, but it's soooo tiny it's difficult to spot the pet at all. Bananas seems huge in comparison.

I'll actually be going after the purple tallstrider mount first, since I have the same colour tamed as a pet and I'm really looking forward to them matching.

After that purchase though, I think I'll buy the minipets in order of: Cub, Turtle, Balloon, Zeppelin, Tonk, and Monkey.

I will probably grab up the tallstrider mount first. I like to get the more expensive prizes out of the way first usually. Then I will probably grab the little fez monkey since he's unique. It's hard to choose between him and the little cub though!

Tallstrider Mount first because I'm a "mount before pet" person. but after that, Monkey then Cub

I had to get the balloon first, because I love the UP movie references at the Faire! If I didn't feel like I had to get all the pets first to stay ahead in the collecting rat race on my server, then I'd get the strider mount next month. As it is, I'll probably buy the pets and mounts in this order: balloon, monkey, zeppelin, turtle, cub, tonk, strider, bear. In anticipation, as a hunter I've tamed a Lost Torranche and Cranky Benj for matchy-match purposes.

Bah so hard to decide! Part of the problem is none of them really grab me. It's hard to rank varying degrees of "Well, they're okay..." in order, especially considering the length of time between choosing the next one. The Sea Pony, on the other hand, is quite wonderful. :3

Right now I'm leaning towards the little cub first. I do loves my kitties! He's just not as pretty as his cousins already in my family.

The balloon vendor is a gnome named Carl Goodup. There's also a gnome named Ellie Goodup that will take different animals for walks around the Faire. After that, I can't help but think of Kevin when I see the brightly-colored strider Violet!
