Import Not Working

The import from armory feature is not working. It comes back saying my character is not found. However, on the import page I can click on my character name and it takes me to the wow armory page for my character.

It does not work at all for me. I get a message that "internet explorer has modified this page to prevent cross site scripting". I wonder if this is intended to prevent hacking?

I thought that it may have not been working for me because I as trying it while I was logged into WoW. I logged out and exited WoW and tried it again, but it still did not work and it comes back with the same error that my character was not found.

I find this so odd because the link to my character on the exact same update page goes to my character on the armory.

I ended up downloading the in-game addon and it works perfectly.

We're aware of this issue and Weena is working on a fix. If the Armory Update isn't working for you, please use the manual update or addon update until our fix is online (likely by the end of this weekend). Thanks, and we're sorry for the inconvenience.

Thanks for the update and the great website! I found the update addon to work perfectly and will use that for now. :)

We've discovered that we're exceeding the maximum amount of daily requests that our site can make to the Armory. So the import will work early in the morning, but by noon it will begin serving up error messages. We've petitioned Blizzard to allow unlimited requests (which they are more than willing to do to any application that warrants it). So I'm fairly certain we'll receive approval, but it may take a little time.
