Battlestone question

for those of you on PTR, has a tradein process been included yet for battle stones?
I "thought" Mumper had mentioned that was a possibility in 5.4, but couldnt remember

From what I heard you can trade in 3 stones of a type for a marked stone of another type.

Yep, I'm pretty sure he said it would be in 5.4, but can't remember where I read that. I don't know anyone who plays on the PTR to verify whether it is live yet, unfortunately.

Last I checked, you can purchase Marked Flawless Battle-Stones from Master Li on the Timeless Isle for 3 Celestial Coins. Not counting the first time you complete the Celestial Tournament scenario (you get bonus coins for finishing it the first time), it will take 3 weeks to purchase one stone.

I can't remember seeing any other vendor that trades stones, though.
