What is this pet? Need help!

Hey guys!

Just found this awesome site when I was searching for a pet I saw in-game for like 5 secs
I have no idea what pet it was but it looks awesome and I need help to find it, or it might not even be a pet ^^

The closest thing in wow I can describe it as, is its a Spectral Tiger mount with the lightning of Skoll.
Short describe - Spectral Tiger mount with lightnings around it ^^

Is this even a companion or is it a tameable pet? Thanks in advance guys, just ask if there's something more u need to know.

P.S. I just saw it for 3-5 secs and the guy who had it didn't answer

This one is a Trading Card Game loot pet. Also possible it can show up on the Black Market auction house now, I'm not sure.
