Someone mentioned in guild chat that a bunny group was forming at the faire. So I went to the faire and asked if anyone was grouping for the bunny. I got an invite, we killed it, and I rolled a 98 to win the Darkmoon Rabbit!!

It was so exciting. Now to level this little furball!

I decided to hell with the RNG and bought one today on the AH. Cost me 55k, but that was the cheapest I'd ever seen it. I was saving for a yak, too. Oh well. Priorities. Named it Caerbannog, of course, and I've already got it leveled up to 25. It really is a little terror against other critters; its two uniques both do beast damage, as does its Rabbit standard ability Burrow.

Interestingly enough, when you summon it as a normal companion, it shows up as level 90 and quite a lot of health. That's cute and all, but it doesn't show the name I gave it. It shows up as a normal level 25 with its name in an actual battle, though.

I named my Caerbannog, too, not that you can tell by lookin' at him.

Has anyone else noticed that on the toon you learn him on , in your 'spellbook and abilities' General tab, he turns up as a spell too, I'm guessing this is part of his coding bugs aswell.
