I need help setting up RAf

Ok I admit this has me a bit (more then a bit) confused as to how to set these up doing the RAF with myself. I most likely won't play the RAF accounts other then to get the pets on my main account.

Any ideas?

You don't have to, but you can. Depends on whether you want to use it, and if you want to send account bound stuff to it vs. letting it die in 2 months and not wanting it showing in your accounts forever.

I took advantage of the RAF and am dual boxing some characters to 85, I set it up on the same bnet and sent over boas. Leveling faster than the blink of an eye!! I would have set it up on a seperate bnet otherwise as it's fairly annoying to have a useless account linked, which you can't ever delete.

Awesome! I am not set up to dual box and I know I won't have time to play any new accounts. I really want the pets bad LOL.

Just open two instances of wow, very easy to do. Put them in windowed and play them that way.

For INSTANT pets, use a 60 day game card, no need to wait the week that blizzard requires when you use a credit card to buy 2 months.

how does one go about "dual boxing"? ive been curious but not sure how that works

Two clients open logged into two different accounts. One toon on /follow and ISboxer/Hotkeynet software set up and installed, which enables you to control one character and have the other one mimic it's actions, target and attack what you target without switching windows etc etc.

It took quite a bit of googling guides to wrap my head around it and setting up took a while too, but it was worth it as the speed of leveling is unmatched. I had sent over boas to both characters. 81+ in one day! Now I understand what is what, I can see myself leveling a plethora of toons with my remaining RAFs

I suppose you could leave out the software and just have a toon on /follow but it would require much more window swapping and likely get you kicked in many dungeons as your second toon would be doing zero dmg. Questing may be okay though.

Edit: Also the Jamba WoW addon is good. It automatically will share quests between with your two toons, let you know if someone has whispered the 2nd toon, let you know if /follow has been broken etc. Very nice!
