Green and Yellow balloons?

Hi, i notice Green and yellow balloons have turned up in my 'not collected' section of pet journal , Im guessing these are either a permanent version of the ones available from darkmoon island to be added with the new pets in next few weeks, but oddly enough the other new additions havnt shown yet.

Any thoughts?


edit: a bit of digging the only info ive found is

Green Balloon, this pet cannot battle
Vendor: Carl Goodup, Darkmoon Island, 10 silver
No Flavour text

Yellow Balloon, same text

images and info currently appear in 'not collected' section of pet journal.

They are even listed in the armory as not collected, but there is currently no way to make them permanent additions to your collection.
