Not able to summon some collected pets?

This isn't a site bug per se, but I didn't know where else to put this. I'm wondering if anyone else is having this problem, and also whether it might be linked to the whole armory mess. It pretty much started at the around the same time that I started not being able to access my armory profile.

Basically, some of my pets are greyed out in my pet journal. Specifically, they are some of my TCG pets and Blizzard store pets: Alterac Brew-Pup, Dragon Kite, Guardian Cub, Lil Ragnaros, Pandaren Monk, Rocket Chicken, Soul of the Aspects, Lil XT, Lil KT, Moonkin Hatchling (both versions)...

It's strange though that not all of my TCG pets are greyed out. I still can use my Ethereal Trade just fine. (And thank God, because he's my staple magic pet for my pet dailies...) My Gregarious Grell, Purple Puffer Fish, Spectral Tiger Cub, Tuskarr Kite are all fine. None of my "regular" pets are affected. Also, I updated all my pet addons today so I know it's not that, either. So, I'm at a loss to figure out why this is happening.

Any thoughts? Before I lose my mind...
