(US - Horde, Madoran) Tournament Suggestion

Hope this is in the right spot. Just had a thought for a pet tournament so wanted to see who may be interested in the idea. I had the thought of a Pet Family Tournament. You would be able to bring any pet you wish, but all 3 pets would have to be from the same family. Thoughts?

Sounds like a pretty good idea for a tourney to me. Could be quite challenging to build a team from one family but with combined abilities would be strong against any number of other families. Let's see how many others may be interested in this theme.

This would also be a good thread if anyone else has ideas about a sanctioned guild themed tourney.

That sounds like it could be fun! We'll have to stick that in the tourney schedule somewhere I'm working on getting something figured out for Easter, so maybe after Easter.

Easter theme : Chickens, Rabbits, Eggs, Flowers? I can't think of any baskets or that would be good too.

Most of my ideas probably fit with Mach1cane's idea of 1 family:

Crazy Cat Lady: all cats & kittens

Hunter Pets: pets that match a hunter pet

Things with Wings: chickens that can't fly yes, dragons with wings yes, things that float like rocks-books-faces no

Raiding with Leashes: only pets from the achieves. This could be just 1 achieve or include both.

Hungry: Things that could be eaten in RL. Could include stuff I wouldn't eat like bugs......

I was wondering if we could do a Mother's Day tourney. It could be restricted to baby pets and pets from Children's Week, and/or pets from the same family.

I think it's a bit short notice for mother's day this year, perhaps next year.

I had wondered about 1 for Fathers day with a son/boys theme of "snips & snails & puppy dog tails" & other boy things like frogs and maybe dinos etc

I was also wondering about a 4th of July one. I know not every one is in the USA but we could do red/white/blue, maybe missiles for "the rockets red glare" & I don't know all the pets as well as I should but if there are any freedom skills....

Hot and Cold are just so intense, put them together it just make sense.

Pets must be either "fire" looking or "cold". Not sure, but maybe must have Little Snowman, plus 2 of your choice.
Bunch of Olafs running around would be too cute.

My area is in a drought but has gotten a little rain for several days now, how about a "Let it Rain" tourney?

Any skill with rain, all frogs, raining cats/dogs/kittens/pups, & flowers!
