Should I level my pet before trading it?

I have a lvl1 DMR (S/S). I would like to level it to 25 for possible use in battles until I can pair it with some other pets to offer for a CE. Is it more attractive as a trade pet at level 1 or does it matter?

Yes you can ask for a considerable amount more for a max leveled pet as opposed to a fresh level one, but with an S/S Breed you are looking at a decent trade regardless.

People who REALLY want the pet won't care about the level. If it's already gonna be 25 anyway, it always helps, but most people don't require it in a trade. If you're selling it for gold though, you could get at least 1k or more for it depending on the pet.

If I level it up, I level it to 24 so people who don't have the 75 level 25 pets achievement can get it easier
