So I currently have 4 battlechests and with this current sale at target I'm thinking about picking up 4 game time cards.
Just a few questions for people that had success doing this recently.
Can I use my main email for all 4 new accounts?
Do I need to use a credit card on the new accounts or can I just attach a 2 month gamecard for it to work?
How long does it take and how do I know I did it right?
Gametime/bnet cards bogo 25% off at target. RAF question.

I'm actually quite interested in these questions as well
I'm thinking of gathering all pets and mounts still available

Yes. You can use your main account's email to recruit yourself.Leathercream wrote:Can I use my main email for all 4 new accounts?
You can do either, however a gamecard is instant while a credit card isn't charged until any free time that comes with a copy of WoW expires. If you want your RAF pets sooner, use the gamecard.Leathercream wrote:Do I need to use a credit card on the new accounts or can I just attach a 2 month gamecard for it to work?
It takes 7 days from the time you activate, upgrade and add time to your RAF account, to receive the pet(s).Leathercream wrote:How long does it take and how do I know I did it right?
I wrote up a blog post/guide on my experience RAF'ing myself if you'd like more details on the process.

The only thing I'd say about putting it on your main account is that you end up with several accounts on the drop down when you log in. I like the grametime cards because there is no change of them auto renewing and you get your reward right away.

Note:
I live in Canada.. this is great most of the time. WoW buyers should note that Target (where I live) only offers 5% off the 60 day gametime cards ..so 26$ and change.
Also, for buyers of the wind rider cub and Gryphon plushies and codes for the pets... the Blizz store says it handles shipping (and you pay 10$ plus for it) BUT ...UPS will also charge a 'hidden' 15$ Brokerage fee to Canada.... so this plushie and pet code will cost you a bit more than 50 $ in Canada

I did this as well. All on same account. Takes about a week to get all sorted and used time cards so there would be no auto-renew.
I created one toon on each account just to be safe.
