Critical hit chance

Now that critical hits are playing a bigger factor in pet battles, I was wondering if anyone knew what the base chance for a critical hit is. I'm also curious if anyone is finding themselves running more crit chance teams (or running into them more frequently in pvp). Thoughts?

5% I believe is the base crit chance. Personally I have not run into many teams, other than the regular Jademist dancers, that try to utilize crit buffs. But I have actually faced a couple of opponents that actually used Hawk Eye for example, and it does hurt quite a lot.

Myself, I initially played around with it a bit, but nothing regularly.
