Not affiliated with said guild but Emerald Dream Alliance Guild are selling entry to thing CM gold finished guild to get the pet for 25K, yes its expensive, no I'll wait till a nice free guild pops up, but I know some people cant/dont want to wait....

While I can sort of understand their position, I see absolutely no reason to spend ANY gold (let alone 25k) on this sort of thing.

If there's one thing we've learned from being here, it is that this community is quite possibly THE most supportive and helpful one in the whole Warcraft universe. This achievement will be more common and, if the last patch was anything to go by, there will be plenty of people here offering this out of the kindness of their hearts

Totally agree, my thundering serpent hatchling, did in fact come from that same generosity on this boards you were talking about. I'm actually saving my free boosted toon for the guild/server than will let us get one of these from them

My guild has done 2 golds already and we always give free entry for the pet, if you wanted to wait a month or so there will be free entry (give or take a few weeks due to mythic progression)

I still can't believe I've never been trolled here. Any other forum and every other forum I've ever been in for any topic under the sun, I've been trolled... And the worst part is that moderation NEVER does a single thing. In one forum the moderators actually support the trolls and griefers, and have alts who go on the forum to troll. But I don't want to name the forum (cough-allpoetry.com, cough).

On-topic: Yes, some guilds will no doubt offer free membership to their guild for the sake of getting the pet. I would do it if I owned a raiding guild, so I know others will.

it's oceanic.
four golds now, ubrs is prob my fav dungeon of the expansion so far. Last boss fight is intense. We're going to be focusing on mythic progression for a lil while but we will be doing cms on our offnights.

I just asked a guild on my realm for an invite and they said no, no way Do raiding guilds not like pet people? I got my last pet straight in through the love of someone on this site:) Shame they arent raiding now
