This wild pet spawns on the Siren Isle. It can only be found after completing the "Special Assignment" quest on the island. After doing so, speaking with a goblin to enter the storm grants the Seafury Tempest buff, which zones players into a stormy phase of the Siren Isle.

Snapdragon pups that were abandoned on the shores have become infused with the energies of the Seafury Tempest, as the other Siren Isle creatures have.
