The toy reward gives you both A/H versions, but the pets have to be grinded (ground?) on both Poen (H) and Inowari (A) separately.

I was just given this by my bodyguard (Bladesman Inowari) in Nazjatar upon them hitting Rank 20. They had a quest, Beauty in the Deeps, which was them simply rewarding it to me. The other 2 bodyguards give different items (A toy/mount), so it is only given by Inowari. Horde are given Lustrous Glimmershell by Poen Gillbrack, so this pet is only obtainable on an Alliance character.
