The rare that drops this pet can only be summoned by using a Sparkling Spice Pouch, which is crafted using the cooking profession.

In its big eyes you can see your own reflection. You also see everything else because its eyes are so big.
In the Forbidden Reach... there's a NPC that shows up Marquot Villager that is "Spiceless Stew" you need "Sparkling Spice Pouch" to interact with the NPC. Once you "add" the spice the rare Luttrok appears and you kill it for a chance at the battle pet. Per wowhead.com the drop rate is 2%. I have been lucky finding the NPC at way point: 55.8 51.6. I have NOT gotten the battle pet yet, but I am camping the area and trying for it.
What are you summoning? I am not following the how to on how to get this pet. Could someone please explain a smidge more?
Farm is gold neutral to even positive depending on luck with Alchemical Flavor Pocket drops. Got 2 to drop in 20 summons. If you don't get one to drop then it could be pretty expensive.
Luvvy dropped for me on my seventh or eighth kill of the day on just my main. However, overall and over all my toons and tries, this was likely my twentieth kill. I'd say go buy or cook yourself a stack of sparkling spice packets and go for it, the encounter respawns every five minutes or so, and so you can hunt the other Forbidden Reach rares in the meantime.
[Update] Luvvy dropped again for me on an alt on the tenth kill of the day. I had the luck buff everytime but I don't think it makes much of a different.
Not going to be fun, summoned on 4 different toons today and no pet so not sure how well the lucky buff works! LOL Thanks Fourthrock, I did not know you could repeat it on the same toon, I heard you do not get the luck buff and thought you needed it for the pet.
