Panda Collar

Item Level 20

Binds when picked up

Use: Right Click to summon and dismiss your panda cub.

Panda Cub, Zergling and Mini Diablo are now all sent to each character created in a World of Warcraft Collector's Edition account. (Formerly, each character had to choose 1 of the 3 pets, but this was changed in patch 4.0.1). The CE edition is no longer sold in stores, adding to this pet's rarity. The item that teaches this pet's summon spell may be mailed to other characters on the account.

Codes still work, if you buy one unopened US version on eBay >.< Instead of mailing them they just appear in your pet journal as gift boxes. (yes you get all three!) Open the boxes and get your pets! *Collect them ALL* lolz

Speediest bear(276 speed, tied with B/B Darkshore Cub), which means you will get more use out of Bash especially compared to 260 speed pets. It is a bit on the weak side with 276 power but a good Bash can make up for that. Still needs a bleed partner to make best use of Maul. With 276 power Rampage feels a bit weak. You want "speed" use this, you want power go with P/P Darkshore Cub.

You wouldn't think this sleepy little panda would make a good battle pet, but since he's my favorite pet I had to try.  I've been very impressed by him - he can really smack hard, and he's the pet you want to use when battling other critters.  Plus he can Hibernate, to restore his health.  I have him at lvl 20 now, and just got "Rampage".  Love it!  Since my "pet trainer" is a Pandaren Priest, he looks great with her.  I just need a good name for him yet.

I had 2 WoW accounts, one being the C.E. I merged the two accounts to a single BattleNet account over a year ago. Anyways, I made a new toon on the C.E. account and at Level 10 did an account to account transfer. When the new toon arrived I was able to send all three C.E. pets to my primary toon thus getting 3 pets from the C.E. Now my primary toon has the Panda, Mini Diablo, and Zergling.

Onysablet, I love you. Years ago I had original CE but it was banned. I'd long forgotten that I had split a warlock off that account, to another. I hadn't forgotten the lock, just the fact that it had the Panda Collar on it. When I read your comment, it reminded me and I promptly moved one Panda Collar onto my account and now have the only original CE pet I cared about :D

Without a doubt, my favourite pet ever put into this game.

Definitely my fave and the reason why I started pet collecting. His confidence in me is what keeps him by my side as my faithful companion. Even in the heat of battle, he's able to snooze peacefully knowing that I'll protect him from harm. Now that's a loyal pet.

This pint-sized panda cub is highly sought after by adventurers around Azeroth - despite its narcoleptic nature.
