S/S breed is really good for PVE. In particular the Stratholme dungeon is full of undead boss bets. Rabbits and hares also work surprisingly well against magic pets due to the tick damage provided by stampede.

I grinded 3 S/S for a PVP team, but it's in PVE these cuties really shine.

I saw virtually none when i was in arathi a small chance as a secondary pet and always poor quality. I went to Durotar because I also needed a Rare Creepy Crawley and they are all over the place as a primary pet. Being lvl 1 to 2 there was no secondary pets.

A very fast and agile pet. Perfect in PvE as he is able to completely avoid all damage from many enemies. In PvP he is mediocre. Annoying against unskilled players and decimated against anyone who knows his skillset.

I finally caught a rare one of these in The Hinterlands, second to a Brown Marmot.

My attempts to find one of these guys in the higher level zone was doomed to failure. I wasted less time trekking over to Durotar and poking around for hares while attempting to find a creepy crawly at the same time. It took me about 10 minutes to get a rare hare.

I also found one of these in Arathi Highlands as a second pet that was tagging along with the Grasslands Cottontail.

After looking all over Arathi Highlands for a Hare I had an idea, and started just battling every critter I came across and low and behold on my 2nd fight one turned up as the 2nd critter in the battle.

A carrot, a box, a stick, and some string. Wait a few hours and you'll have a hare.
