The availability of this companion depends on whether or not the Evoker Legendary has been obtained from Mythic Aberrus in a region. Once it has been unlocked, the entire region will be able to collect this pet.

Players will need to find and interact with 16 Motes of Nasz'uro scattered across the Dragon Isles.

Elementals ignore all negative weather effects. Enemy pets can still gain the beneficial effects from weather when facing an elemental.

I got this pet yesterday and it's not loading that I have it.  I've tried multiple times but still shows I don't have it.
