This pet requires honored with either Baradin's Wardens (alliance) or Hellscream's Reach (horde). Unlike Wintergrasp, players cannot fly directly into the zone and must either queue for a Tol Barad battle or use a portal located in Stormwind or Orgrimmar. Players must be level 85 to use the portal to teleport directly to their faction's quartermaster located on Tol Barad Peninsula.

There are 6 possible daily quests offered each day on the Tol Barad Peninsula which can earn 1 Tol Barad Commendation each as well as 250 reputation (non-human and without the guild reputation perk).

If your faction is in control of Tol Barad, there are 6 more possible daily quests available. Each earns 1 Tol Barad Commendation each as well as 250 reputation (non-human and without the guild reputation perk).

I love this pet, just to say: In MoP all pets are acc wide so im grinding on all not just one. I hope this will help other collectors

If you're on a normal server then no, PVP is not required. Otherwise you will more than likely run into some PVP no matter what isle of TB you're on.

PVP is absolutely NOT required. You can obtain up to 22 Tol Barad badges in 1 day. 18(19) with quests and 3 for winning in the battleground(as part of the winning quest.)

You do not have to do any PVP to get the tokens, though it is quicker if you do. The northern part of Tol Barad is not a PVP zone.
If the battle is in progress or about to commence you can actually use the gate on the bridge to enter the area rather than use a portal or queue.

The Tol Barad Peninsula's daily Shark Tank (to kill the elite beast Tank) awards 2 Tol Barad Commendations and 350 rep. If you are luck enough to get this daily, its 1 "extra" Commendation by day.

Bees is absolutely right. Also, don't forget to play TB as each time you win you get 3 tokens and some rep. Today I tried to get in to a game, except the battleground was full, and the game was almost over. Much to my delight before I got ported the game ended and I received full credit standing outside (120 honor, around 275 rep and 3 tokens). There is no rank requirement like there used to be in Wintergrasp to receive credit.

There are actually 18 possible daily quests in TB - 6 on the peninsula, 3 fixed ones in the hold and 3 sets of 3 variable ones also in the hold. Each time your faction wins TB, you get a random set of 3, so win it 3 times and do all 18 dailies for maximum tokens/rep.

Although I love this pet, I'm finding that when I roam around on a ground mount - especially while I've been farming the Fox Kit in Tol Barad - I've noticed this wee gull not being able to keep up and just not returning to me :( He does eprfectly well in the air so I'll assume it's a minor bug of sorts and hope it gets fixed. I hate my wee gull not following me into the fray in Battle Grounds! :'(

I just got this pet from TB, it sits quite high in the air and does follow you into the air when you take off on your flying mount! When left idle it occasionally flies in a little loop. Does not seem to make any sounds what so ever. :(
