The Etherwyrm Cage treasure is available during a Night Fae Assault on The Maw.

Accessing the area where the treasure is located requires A Shady Place quest. A key is required to unlock the cage, and it can be acquired by defeating the Elusive Keybinder.

Posted on Wowhead, but easy to get.  YOu have to kill a mob to get the key to open the cage, clear the mobs in the cave, then the pet is yours.  Uncommon with a pretty cool skillset:  Flyby /Wind Burst; Arcane Storm/Wild Winds; Mana Surge/Surge of Power.

 

Only one breek that I've seen.

Infused etherwyrms can be used as portable anima batteries, but they must be trained not to flee at the sight of combat.
