Battle For Azeroth
Patch 8.0.1 | Posted: August 13, 2018
To unlock this pet on the vendor, players must first complete the story line for Meet the Goldtusk Gang, which then unlocks the Ruins-Level Marketing quest chain. Within that chain, complete the quest Ranishu Are Resources, and the Ranishu Runt will appear in Jenoh's inventory.

As of Patch 8.1, a new vendor was added allowing Alliance players to purchase this pet directly, bypassing the original prerequisite quest noted above. To gain access to this vendor, Dodger, players must acquire A Shady Message quest item. The quest item is a random drop from participating in Pet Battle PVP (queued) matches. Accepting and completing the quest mission, as well as the follow-up quest, will grant access to Dodger and his stock of multiple Horde battle pets.

Amazing pet! Not sure why his battle rating is so low, he is a beast in pve battles. If he gets a little low on health, you can cast Swarm of Flies and then put him in the back row, he will continue to heal from humanoid racial. Combine Swarm of Flies with Call Lightning to summon an angry swarm of lightning flies! He hits like a mack truck with 349 power, combine that with being a humanoid and the most potent Sandstorm in the game! This ferocious little runt is a must own!

This pet is very interesting because it can create two different

weather conditions in slot 3. Sandstorm or Call Lightning.

Swarm of Flies will suffer from Sandstorm, but will greatly benefit

from Call Lightning when it comes to damage. However, Swarm of Flies can benefit from the self healing due to the racial benefit of being a humanoid.

To date (12/1/2018) this pet's Sandstorm reduces more damage (92) than any other pet that has it.

Its moveset effectively complements either weather. Zap benefits from Call Lightning's 25% buff while Swarm of Flies procs additional damage even through evasions and blocks. Focus more than compensates for Sandstorm's accuracy debuff. Whichever route you pick, the runt will hit hard.
