Warlords of Draenor
Patch 6.2.1 | Posted: September 1, 2015
This pet drops from Guk, a rare elite that can be found in the non-instanced version of Highmaul in western Nagrand (Draenor).
A group is recommended for defeating the rarespawn, as it has a large health pool.
The pet is personal loot but does not have a 100% chance to drop. You have a chance of receiving the pet once per day.

A shimmering creature made of pure arcane energy, it is hard to focus your eyes directly on it.
IMO I think manafiends are really underrated. Three or two with the combo of amplify magic, arcane storm, arcane explosion make a great strategy for specific fights. I found this so useful when going for the all magic pet achievements.
Because both moves attack the whole team the backline pets lose hitpoints almost as quickly as the front one, this is especially useful for battles like BFA Lozu. My only note is sometimes the breed does matter so collect afew as they all have just one breed type.
Picked up my 2nd. I guess that having 2/3 probably indicates that I can get 1 more...
Got him on my 4th try!
Wow, I spent all that time earning the Kirin Tor Familiar, and now the same model merely drops? Rats!!! Rats, I say!!
Got this pet on the first kill of all the bosses in the new highmaul area. After that, I killed 5/6 more times the bosses but had no pets dropping.
