This pet can only drop in the Looking for Raid difficulty of Throne of Thunder.

As of Patch 5.4, players can now win this pet by using a bonus roll (Mogu Rune of Fate) after defeating Primordius.

Since I see no correct info here, you can absolutely still obtain this pet by going to the NPCs on the top terrace at MoguShan Palace. Go inside and speak to Lorewalker Han. Choose the option for the Halls of Flesh Shaping, and bob's your uncle, you're in raid finder to go beat up primordius!

I think this is only available now via AH and BMAH. If you try to do LFG in Pandaria Raids, you get a message that you are not in a Raid Group and only recieve Treasures of the Thunder King sack with some gold in it.

After grinding thru TOC on two toons for the Legendary Back and running it over and over again on prof alts, tonight I finally got this little pest via the BMAH, with a little luck from a friend *shoutout to Kiralayne*!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ty my friend :-)

He dropped for me from primordius just like any other loot and got another piece of loot at the same time, rolled a coin but didn't get anything from that.
