Players will need to access the Zskera Vault on The Forbidden Reach to collect this pet. This is achieved after unlocking World Quests in this zone, and collecting keys to unlock the vault.
Players can find an Inanimate Crystalspine within the vault. To re-animate the treasure, find a Ley-Infused Crystal and bring it to the Inanimate Crystalspine to access the pet.

My inanimate crystalspine was located on a sled at the back of a frozen room in Zskera Vaults. To access the area, you loot an empty vial in one room, an empowering flame from a cauldron in another room, and use the vial of flames on the ground to clear the ice.
