Collecting this pet is one of the requirements for the achievement Raiding with Leashes IV: Wrath of the Lick King, which rewards a quest to battle Algalon. Defeating him rewards Stardust!

Blightbreath has 2 different skins, and can spawn in as either when summoned.

Tested and can confirm that this is a color-changer.   The skin is determined randomly each time the pet is summoned, so no need to farm the AH or raid for both skins.

A pretty good pet to use for PVP if you are a fan of strategies where you slowly kill the other 2 pets in your opponent's line-up while keeping them distracted with the first. Dreadful Breath, Toxic Smoke and Acid Rain are my go-to abilities for this pet.

2 of these are very powerful if you mix it with the Legionaire Murky's constant 25% and shields.

Seems to color change/alternate between greenish/brownish skin colors and not have a single permanent skin. Anybody else seeing that?

H/P is definitely the best breed for this pet. I wish there was an H/H breed though.
