I just got a PS from AH. I guess that breed is just a much lower chance. But, they do exist.

Can anyone confirm a P/S breed?  I've had a few drop and have seen quite a few on the AH but all the same breed.

Ran ICC, TOC and Ulduar yesterday on Heroic 25 man and no pets dropped.  Ran TOC on a different toon today on 10 man normal and Swarmer dropped.
