Patch 7.2.0 | Posted: March 28, 2017
Accessing the Curious Wyrmtongue Caches requires completion of a quest chain that starts with the quest, Spider, Huh?.
There is a total of 6 quests in the chain, however each quest has a staggered release (every few days). Check with Excavator Karla for follow-up tasks. She can be found on the side of the path south-west of Deliverance Point.
Similar to how Bonkers is acquired, players will need to purchase keys for 2000 Nethershards each from an NPC found at the end of the quest chain. The key will open any of the nearby chests, and each has a chance to drop Scraps.

He's one cowardly companion, because he's got no guts...
Don't waste your shards on this pet besides the 100 shard world quest. If you're patient you can pick him up on the AH cheap. I just got two of them for only 37 gold each.
Got mine with my second key. So happy! Not sure why, but I love this little guy. He's super cute in a weird way.
confirmed. I got Scraps from the giant panda looking gold chest. soo happy
I don't have mine quite yet, I have to get the last quest in the chain, but it is selling for crazy gold in the AH right now!
I NEVER have this kind of luck, but I got mine using the key you get from completing the quest, first drop. WOOT
got mine after 2 keys. will probably be pretty common. Abilities dont seem like anything special however.
Got mine today....took 5 keys....nice thing it can be caged...so it might be worth quite a bit right now before more folks get it.
I got mine on finishing the quest Wyrmtongue treasure quest line, with my first free key and opening a chest. Not sure if the chest are totally random, but I used it on the giant gold one (like we saw in Panda land).
You can also buy more keys for 2K nethershards each.
UPDATE: I got a world quest right after finishing the quest that allowed me to get a new key for 100 nethershards. Keeps an eye out for that.
After spending 10.000 shards for 5 keys, this little guy was mine.................................................
I get also 3.000 shards.................................................
When you have completed the quest chain to find all the different chests on the Broken Shore, you get to find a treasure room where you will be able to buy keys, similar to Timeless Isle and open chests. In the chest you have a chance to get this little guy.
You will also get a world quest to receive a new key just as you finish the first quest. Otherwise future keys costs 2000 Nethershards.
Good luck everyone!
8 keys total but no pet, managed to snag one for cheap on ah though
