I stealthed into the cave (from Cibi's comment - /way Nazjatar 42.4, 13.2 Chitterspine Grotto Entrance), died to a bunch of mobs who almost immediately found me. Came back in, hid in a corner till I could see the Hissing Chitterspine, stealthed to it, and battled/won it. Of course, I died immediately the battle was finished but it was worth it. :D
