(US) WTT Hatespark for Battle Net Cards.

Google Battle Net Balance Card. It's a physical card you would go buy then send the other person the code. I know for sure you can get them at Best Buy, I've heard Wal-Mart and Game Stop sell them as well but I'm not entirely positive. You can also order the cards online. Someone linked me a website where you could purchase the codes for these cards, it "looks" legit but I didn't dig in to it too much nor did I try it out.
They aren't gametime cards though. What it does is add a balance of $20 to your battle.net account then you spend it however you choose.
